EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an incredibly effective tool for anxiety, low mood, phobias, addiction, unwanted thought patterns, physical pain and negative emotion.

EFT or ‘tapping’ therapy is similar to acupuncture but without the needles. It’s a process of gently tapping on endpoints of the energy meridian system whilst tuning into negative thought patterns in order to clear them.

Through this technique, we are able to reframe and rewire the conditioned negative response of our brain. This is called ‘neuroplasticity’ - the brain’s ability to change and adapt, even in later life.
