My aim is to make yoga approachable for all; my classes are open and friendly. For me, it’s all about the feeling you get rather than what you look like on the mat. 

I find sound baths a really simple and powerful way to deeply relax. I love seeing everyone’s faces looking revived and renewed at the end of a session!
Combining yoga and sound healing is a brilliant way to reset the nervous system.
