My aim is to make yoga approachable for all; my classes are open and friendly.

Even if you think you’re ‘bad at yoga’ (there’s no such thing!) because you’re not flexible, my classes are all about the feeling you get rather than what you look like on the mat. 

I’ve found combining yoga and sound healing a really powerful practice to reset the nervous system.
