Classes coming soon!

My Yoga Flow classes are for everyone; all levels welcome, suitable for pregnancy and postnatal.

My classes are all about the feeling you get rather than what you look like on the mat.

The classes are a mixture of Vinyasa flow (quite dynamic and strengthening) with some restorative postures towards the end. I focus on alignment and I give lots of options.

We’ll do a delicious relaxation to finish so you’ll leave feeling revived and refreshed.
